The salon that colored and cut my hair for 15+ years used Goldwell products. I finally let my gray/silver/white hair grow out a few years ago and continue to use Dualsenses shampoo and conditioner plus the serum! I have purchased the Goldwell Color products in the past and when I found this great deal I was ecstatic to purchase them. But I bought the thin to normal hair products and I have extremely thick hair so these don't work for me - a lot of money spent for something that doesn't work real well. I've learned my lesson and next time will purchase the one for thick hair. No I didn't contact customer support because it was all my fault for not paying attention. :(
