    We have hard water but we do have a water softener so I couldn't understand why my naturally wavy hair was limp, frizzy, and tangled all of the time. It would turn brassy orange within 7-10 days from having it colored too. I use about a half packet of this every 5 days and it is truly amazing. I never expected to see such great results so quickly!

    For best results, pour crystals into wet palm, then rub wet palms together to form a rich gel that when applied to hair turns to a lathering treatment. For more lathering results, shampoo and rinse prior to application. May be used daily, weekly, or as often as desired. For severe build-up and extremely hard well water, a Crystal Gel Normalizer processed under heat in the salon is recommended.
