I spray it on after styling with my hair dryer, and then scrunch my hair when my fingers and it gives me just the right volume and hold totally without the usual stickiness that comes with almost all sprays. I use it on towel dried hair, 5 pumps on one side and 5 pumps on other side for an equal amount. If I want more hold I mix styling glaze gel with it. Scrunch it through my hair, then twist my curls for perfect ringlets. Perfect defined, frizz free, soft, shiny, ringlets without the crunchiness like most gels give you.
