Received new 33oz pravana shampoo and conditioner today. So excited! Opened the package, removed the tape from the nozzles, tried to untwist the pumps. Tried again. And again and again and again. They won’t untwist. Well this is going to be a long and annoying process of opening the bottle every wash and hopefully get the pump back into the bottle each time without wasting any of the product. I began using this product more than 10 years ago as my hair was turning gray and would get "big" in those areas. I am not a stylist. In fact, I introduced my stylist to Pravana and she was hooked. I spray it on while my hair is wet right after washing it. Then I brush my hair in different directions a few times to distribute the moisturizer. My gray, puffy hair is immediately softened and styles right along with my the rest of my hair. I don't mind the color (turning white) but I hated the dry puffiness. Now it's soft and supple.
