I realized I would need my product and the sale price was good. When I needed to change mailing address the customer service actually reduced price, found a coupon or something, to smooth over that mailing change.

the website is easy to navigate and easy to use. I found this site to have the best pricing for the products I purchased. There was a glitch with my coupon code so I called the phone number that is clearly listed on the site. An actual person answered the phone and was very pleasant, the issue was quickly resolved and the order was placed. Clearly a good company and great support.
