The page jumped around a lot. I didn't like the requirement of having to spend so much for free shipping. I prefer to have that included in the price.

A little confusing in beginning but clearer when ordering

Today’s order I could’ve chosen the cosmetic bag, but then I would not be allowed to use the code for $10 off $100. It would be nice to be able to have the free gift after spending the amount of money required for the $10 off.

Shampoo leaked in shipping because wrong cap was on the bottle. This cause a mess all over my bathroom vanity. Contacted Customer Service and replacement bottle of shampoo has been shipped out to me. Great Customer Service representative!

Love the discounts and the products, but had trouble finding the conditioner I wanted in the size I wanted. Had to buy it in a gift set.
