This is one of the few products that doesn't give me the POPPING BUBBLE (allergic reaction) sensation on my scalp. It leaves my hair soft and manageable with a healthy shine without weighing it down so my natural curl and waves are manageable. The yummy smell that is not overly perfumed is nice as well. I do wish the bottles for the shampoo and conditioner were different colors to make them easier to differentiate between them. I use this as a leave in conditioner after the shower. Spray a few bursts, brush the hair and style. I usually use this on wet hair to help the brush move smoothly through my hair, but it can also be used on dry hair as well.
