I bought this product from Beauty Care Choices because it has been discontinued in the USA. This is the "Best Pre-Shampoo Hair Reconstruction Product on the Market". The product does what it actually claims to do in repairing hair bonds. Buy this product if you can find it for repair of damaged hair. I was concerned about international shipping. 48 hours business after placing my order, the order was processed and in the mail via USPS. It took about five business days to reach ICS in New York, USA. However, based on the tracking number provided, it sat in ICS for about a week. I placed my order or 17 February 2026 and received my products on 2 March 2026. Beauty care was NOT responsible for slow delivery. Slow delivery was due to the ICS of the USA. USPS tracking information was perfect until the product reached ICS in New York then tracking went dead. I assume there was two tracking numbers and I was only supplied one tracking number by Beauty Care Choices. I switched to this shampoo (and the conditioner as well) after I asked my stylist what kind of shampoo she was using when she washed my hair...because it always looked great for days afterward. Redken AllSoft was her answer, and I have been using it for about 2 months now. It makes a noticeable difference....leaves my hair smooth, soft, healthy looking and fuller. AND I have been getting several unsolicited compliments on my hair!! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I hate the bottle cap. The odd shape makes it difficult to find where to open the lid when I'm in the shower with water running down my face...and when I do find the right spot, it is somewhat difficult to pry open. - Linda R.

I was worried about the "cream" part of this shampoo since I have baby fine hair but that was not an issue. Protein technology (since hair is composed primarily of protein), an acidic pH of 4.5-5.5, complementing the natural pH of the hair and skin.
