After cleansing and drying your face, dip the custom applicator into the Chella Eyelash Conditioning tube.

Start by applying a thin line of Chella Eyelash Conditioning Treatment to your upper lash line as though you were applying eyeliner. You may also apply the Eyelash Treatment to your lower lashes, using extra care.

Apply twice daily, once in the morning and evening before bed. Allow 1-2 minutes for the serum to dry and absorb before applying any make-up, creams, or lotions
