Blonde Life Brightening Conditioner - 8.5 oz
My hair is very fine and has thinned quite a bit. I highlight (just the top) and I've had issues with frizz for years. This conditioner doesn't weigh my fine hair down, it controls the frizz, and makes my hair look shiny and silky. It also smells lovely. I'm very happy to have found yet another Joico product that I love. 10/10 Recommend - me m.
