So far my hair had begun to repair its self a lot softer and volume. Although I've been only using k- pak for about a month now it's has decreased the breakage of my hair and brought back it's natural shine I'm going through an 8 month hair growth process and I was told to use this by a relative, which by the way her hair is long and healthy . and this is the best shampoo out there for weak or damaged hair. Use with the K-Pak conditioner for hair that gets stongers and less prone to breaking every time you wash. Great for ethnic hair as well. Equals out porosity of the hair so will accept chemical services much more evenly. Has protein complex that is like no other. A+++
