Received new 33oz pravana shampoo and conditioner today. So excited! Opened the package, removed the tape from the nozzles, tried to untwist the pumps. Tried again. And again and again and again. They won’t untwist. Well this is going to be a long and annoying process of opening the bottle every wash and hopefully get the pump back into the bottle each time without wasting any of the product.
