Anti-Aging Daily Shampoo: Wet hair. Apply shampoo. Work into a lather with a gentle massage on the scalp. Ensure coverage of the whole head of hair as well. Leave on the scalp for one to three minutes. Rinse out completely. Repeat, increasing the leave on time to between two and four minutes before rinsing.

Anti-Aging Daily Conditioner: After washing your hair, apply conditioner and massage thoroughly into the scalp. Ensure coverage of the whole head: hair strands, mid-shaft, and root tips as well. Leave on for two to four minutes. Rinse out completely.

Body Ultra Wash: Apply all over the body, massage into a rich lather, and rinse completely.

Corrective Daily Topical: Apply up to 7 sprays directly to the scalp. Focus on desired or thinning areas. Use twice per day. Applying more sprays, or more than twice a day, does not increase results.
