I ordered 2 of these since I ordered the large bottles of Matrix. One works somewhat, but the other pump won't work at all. Very disappointed about that.

To use a Matrix Black Liter Pump, first remove the original cap from the liter bottle and insert the pump, securing it by twisting the base clockwise. To unlock the spout, hold the base on the bottle's neck and twist the top counter-clockwise until it pops up, then press down to dispense product.
