I have used this product for at least a couple of years. It does what it claims to do. At 68 years, I have retained my golden brown hair color and this shampoo has stopped the hair loss I was experiencing, and leaves my fine hair shiny and glorious.

Wet hair with warm water. Distribute Folligen Shampoo evenly through the hair creating a rich lather. Rinse. Reapply and Rinse. Apply Vitatin Moisturizing Conditioner, thoroughly rinse.
