I ordered 2 containers of Jane Iredale mineral powder in Satin. Got 2 containers of a non-color. I called about returning them for the Satin and the girl told me I should take a picture of them to prove I actually got the product. What a pain in the butt when this is not my fault. Never had a problem in all the years I have bought directly from Iredale.
