Stella Loose Powder Eye Shadow
This is the first time I bought from this brand. The colors look very pretty but quality is not there. The eye shadows are in a powder form. Very difficult to apply since it doesn’t spread uniformly. After a while it starts to cake on your eyelids. I am glad I got only small samples.

Apply with a dry brush for a flattering touch of color. Use a wet brush for a polished, more defined look.
