I really don’t know where to start. My stylist strongly recommended this product so I switched to k18 and I'm NOT HAPPY. My hair went from soft and fluffy to dry and dull. I followed the instructions and didn’t use conditioner so k18 can do its magic, so far crickets. Not sure how much more I can take. My hair is very thick, damaged and gets frizzy in humid conditions. i have to do deep conditioning treatments and keratin treatments quarterly. After four minutes my hair looked how it looks after a keratin treatment. Totally worth the money! - Anonymous

Big hype on Social Media about this product, and I was pleased to find out BCC carry it. I ordered this small bottle with tax etc. $31 dollars and some change. WOW "Very little product" is needed. First time I used 2 pumps for my thin shoulder length hair, it did nothing. Second time 4 pumps, third and last time 6 pumps. Unfortunately this product did absolute zero for my hair.
