Haircare Choices sent me a faulty product. I've used the Hot Spray in the past and it worked great. According to Kenra, it must have been stored improperly. I think it was watered down. I bought the liter size. I don't always start using a product when I receive it so it was past the 30 days. Haircare choice was rude but finally agreed to replace it as long as I paid the shipping. I refused so I sit with a product that doesn't work. When I called Kenra they said only salons are allowed to sell their products and NO ONE is authorized to sell their products online. Mmmmm,,, Let's see if this makes it online for customers to read.

I love this product so much that I bought it for my sisters for their birthdays. I use it differently than the instructions. After I wash and dry my hair, I spray it on my entire head, let it dry, and then curl my hair with a curling iron. My hair always looks the way I want it to, and it lasts all day. My sisters and I all hope this product stays on the market for years and years.

I have body in my hair but not substantial and my stylist used this product and I love it. She was specific in her instructions to spray my hair when it was wet, bend way-way over, scrunch, and blow dry but remember to stay bent over and scrunch. I look fantastic and it's such a nice change from my twenty year bob-doo.

I have fine hair and I love this product but it is sticky and my hair sticks to my curling iron. I have to be careful I don't pull my hair out. But it does hold really well and I'm willing to work around this to give my hair more volume. I haven't found a better brand yet.

Separate dry hair into sections. Generously spray section. Then, apply flat iron, curling iron or hot rollers.
To add volume at the base, lift hair and apply spray between layers in short bursts. Style with tool of choice.
