I was using Satin Oil Shampoo and Conditioner from Keune and spoke with customer service as this had been discontinued by the Manufacturer. I was told that Radiant Gloss was the replacement product .. The shampoo is great, but this Gloss which I was told it a daily conditioner and the website states this has a consistency of water and is not a daily use product. While it may be good for really dry hair as a weekly treatment - this is not what I needed which is daily conditioner. I am both disappointed with the Brand Keune for discontinuing Satin Oil line and also Beauty Care Choices customer service for not providing accurate info. - Anonymous Verified Buyer
