I am a nurse who developed Ecezma on the palms of both hands. I wash my hands constantly. My hands were in terrible shape and extremely painful (cracking,peeling.) I have been to two different Dermotologist and have been prescribed multiple medications including steroids- as well as many OTC medications and nothing worked.
