Let the product work double-time for you with the Rugged Beauty 2-in-1 Base & Top Coat. Use this hydrating formula first as a prep and primer to seal the nail bed and prep your nail for polish. Then, after applying your color, apply this as a top coat to further prevent chipping and tip wear. Its UV inhibitor protects against discoloration to the nail as an added bonus.
Apply one coat over dry nail polish. Refresh twice a week if needed with another coat.
