I have very fine hair and over the years, I have found the Varis brush to be the brand that pulls my hair out the least when I blow dry. This purchase was for the same brush as I already have but a different size. I now have small, medium, and large size Varis hairbrushes. The Varis 1 inch hair smoother is the best flat iron hands down! I've tried several hair smoothers and believe me, this one works fabulously!! I have super wavy, thick hair and after using this styling tool, my hair looks and feels so soft, healthy and shiny! I'm so pleased with this product and would highly recommend it! This is my first VARIS Smoother - 1 inch! I am a regular customer - not a Hairdresser. BUT my hairdresser DOES use the VARIS, and it is her very favorite! I decided to try it, because I like to be very careful, and take care of my hair! I wanted a 1 inch smoother that would NOT burn my hair. The VARIS has multiple levels of heat - perfect to set to what my hair likes. I have thin, porous, slightly curly hair - which does not like humidity at all. I like to smooth the hair after I wash it, and then not again until I wash it five days later. The VARIS is very soft, and fits in my hand while i am using, as if it were made for my hand alone.
