The Repair Base is able to adhere to the nail and uses a pinpoint locking mechanism to lock the Rescue Serum into the keratin of the nail. The Repair Base contains invisible fillers strengthen the nail as well as smooth out nail ridges, flaking and separation. Naked Manicure - Gelie-Cure Repair Base
I started using the combo cure base repair along with the Gelie rescue serum and I love the results. My nails grow so much that I file them down as I don't like claws. Breakage is rare. The repair base is shiny so I do not use fingernail polish. Will buy again.
