As someone who styles there hair pretty often, I do think heat protectant can only do so much for your hair. If you are looking for something to repair minimal damage in your hair I would definitely recommend this product! I loved the feeling of my hair as soon as it was applied. After one use I would say I noticed a difference in the feeling of my hair. My usually dry hair felt very soft and moisturized.
