2022 Beauty Trends

In 2021 makeup rose up again, as we all hesitantly dipped our toes back into makeup with tinted moisturizers, light glosses, mascara, and clear brow gel 2022 will be entirely different. With life going back to a bit more normal than we have had in the last few years, people are flocking back to fun and bold makeup in rebellion against the makeup-free life we have been living at home.

Glitter

My personal favorite trend coming back is all things glitter! Y2k beauty was everywhere in 2021 and will continue in 2022 because nostalgia is real. While jeweled appliques are still trending for the year, we will definitely be seeing even more glitter than usual! For your eyeshadow, brows, lips, and extra highlight, glitter is in!

Lined Lips

Another 90's-inspired trend that's making a comeback is well-defined lips. Now we aren't into overlining our pout, but we are all about defining and enhancing our natural lip shape. While traditional eyeliner has always been a beauty staple, doubling or tripling up on graphic lines is definitely a newer trend. This look delivers more impact and encourages more bright and bold colors, unlike traditional liner looks.

Statement Blush

Blush has quickly become our favorite step in makeup. People are getting more adventurous and experimental by playing with shades and placement to create really cool and custom looks.
